• Our policy allows for refunds within the first 24 hours of purchase. If 24 hours have passed since your order, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange. This is because all our jewelry pieces are custom-made to order, and once production begins, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

2. Exemptions:

• Please note that customized jewelry, especially our Arabic Name Necklaces, are exempt from being returned. Once the design process starts, the item cannot be returned.

3. Proof of Purchase:

• To initiate a return within the first 24 hours, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Design Information:

• The design of our Arabic Name Necklaces is created using our fonts, and we are not obligated to share the design prior to production.

5. Refunds:

• Upon processing your return, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a specified number of days.

6. Shipping:

• To return your product, please contact us at sales@essmi.ae, and we will arrange a pick-up.
• You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
